Job Summary:
The HR Officer will play a critical role in managing the human resources functions of Mobile Care. Reporting to the Finance and Compliance Manager, the HR Officer will be responsible for handling HR-related activities for Mobile Care promoters and office staff, including high-positioned managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
3. Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
4. Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to HR practices and standards.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage employee leave and attendance records.
6. HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
